Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, except out more popular items that we keep a few of already built in stock. As such please allow a few days for production and  1-2Days for UK Shipping. I'm happy to expedited orders but please get in touch first.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please note the following:

  • Non-Personalized Items: Eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original condition. (Except if the item is used or damaged by the buyer)

  • Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items.

  • Return Postage: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fee. However, if the reason is there's a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the return postage.
